The Studio Does the Choosing
Each quarter we formulate one release around the season: clay and fresh herbs in spring, mineral salt in summer, dense barrier oils in autumn, wine and aged botanicals in winter. Members receive it first, before it opens to the shop, with a formulation card that explains what is in the bar and why.
The Math Favors the Annual Plan
Quarterly runs $85 per season, $340 across the year. Annual is one payment that saves $43 and adds a hand-stamped member card and first access to Atelier releases.

Quarterly members cancel any time before the next billing cycle. No calls, no penalty. We would rather earn the renewal than trap it.

Before You Ask
When does my first drop ship?
Your first drop ships in the next upcoming seasonal window after you subscribe. If you join in February, your first box ships March 15 with the Spring drop. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
What exactly is in each drop?
Every drop contains exactly 4 full-size handcrafted bars (approx. 4.5 oz each), a formulation card explaining the season's ingredients and skin benefits, and studio notes about the inspiration. Annual members also receive a hand-stamped member card in their first drop.
Can I cancel anytime?
Quarterly members can cancel before the next billing cycle with no penalty. Annual members are billed once for the full year and the plan runs to completion. There are no partial refunds, but you keep all remaining drops.
Can I reorder a drop formula I loved?
Yes. Any formula from a past drop can be reordered through our made-to-order shop. Members get first notification when a formula opens for reorders.
What if I have sensitive skin or allergies?
Every formulation card lists the full ingredient list. If you have a known allergy to a specific ingredient, reach out before your drop ships and we will do our best to accommodate or substitute. Email us at hello@muse-crow.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, the membership ships within the continental United States only. Free shipping is included on every drop. Hawaii, Alaska, and US territories ship at a flat rate. Reach out before subscribing.
What is the difference between quarterly and annual?
Quarterly members are billed $85 each season, four separate charges over the year. Annual members pay once for all four drops, saving $43 versus quarterly. Annual also includes a member card, welcome kit, and priority access to Atelier releases.
Can I upgrade from quarterly to annual?
Yes. Email hello@muse-crow.com and we will issue a prorated credit toward an annual plan. You will never be double-charged for a season already received.
